1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the l83game website located at https://l83game.app, including all associated mobile-optimised pages, features, games, betting markets, promotions, and customer support services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the l83game Platform, you expressly agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

l83game reserves the right to request proof of age and identity documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team will result in account suspension and, where applicable, return of undisputed real-money balances.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold one (1) l83game account only. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts attributable to the same individual — whether identified by shared personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details should any information change. l83game accepts no liability arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

l83game supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party funding — using another person's payment account to deposit or receive withdrawals on your behalf — is strictly prohibited.

Deposits: Funds deposited to your l83game wallet are typically credited within minutes. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are displayed at the point of transaction and may be adjusted by l83game without prior notice.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance screening. l83game targets a processing time of five (5) minutes for verified accounts, though delays may occur during periods of high volume or where additional due-diligence checks are required.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. l83game reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances after this period, in accordance with applicable law.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by l83game are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, eligible game restrictions, and minimum odds conditions as detailed in each promotion's individual terms. The general principles governing all l83game promotions are as follows:

• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested.
• Only one promotional bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the l83game Platform. They cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• l83game reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, without prior notice, where abuse or misuse is suspected.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of automated play strategies, or hedging bets to minimise genuine risk — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in permanent account closure.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the l83game Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical glitches. If you become aware of an error, you are obliged to report it to l83game support without delay.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or illicit financial activity through the Platform.
• Creating an account using false or misappropriated identity information.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any part of the l83game Platform, its software, or its data feeds.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward l83game staff or other players via any communication channel.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the l83game Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, data structures, and trade names — is the exclusive intellectual property of l83game or its licensed third-party suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

l83game is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, storage, and processing of player information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in that Policy.

l83game does not sell your personal data to third parties. Information may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where legally required or operationally necessary to provide the Platform's services.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l83game and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by l83game's proven negligence, or for any other matter where exclusion is not permitted by law.

10 Suspension & Termination

l83game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk of harm to l83game, other players, or third parties.
• Your account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds and outstanding wagers will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which l83game operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through l83game's internal customer support process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days of formal written notice, either party may seek resolution through appropriate arbitration or legal channels as permitted under the governing regulatory framework. l83game's decision on all betting and gaming matters — including settlement of bets, application of rules, and bonus eligibility — shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described above.

12 Changes to These Terms

l83game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date.
